How many kids can play at the same time?
Multiple kids play simultaneously across several gaming stations typically handling up to 20 players at once depending on your local GameTruck setup. Your GameCoach runs tournaments and rotates players through rounds so everyone stays engaged and nobody is left standing around waiting.
What games do you have for younger kids?
Plenty. The library spans every age group — Mario Kart, Super Mario Party, Just Dance, Splatoon, and Minecraft are always popular with the younger crowd. The GameCoach selects age-appropriate titles for the group and can switch on the fly if something isn't clicking. Every single guest will find something they love.
How long does the video game party last?
Most parties run 2 to 3 hours. Our booking center give you exact package options when you book. The GameCoach structures the time with an opening ceremony, competitive rounds, and a closing — so every minute is used. No dead time, no awkward gaps.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend dates — especially Saturdays — fill up fast. Four to six weeks out is typical, but a month or more gives you the best shot at your first-choice date and time. You can check real availability and book a date online in a couple of minutes without calling anyone.
Is there anything hidden in the price?
No surprises - you'll know what your total price is before booking. The price covers the GameCoach, all consoles, controllers, games, setup, and breakdown. Some locations may charge a travel fee, depending on how far from our depot you live. All packages include digital party invitations too. Our booking center can walk you through any available upgrades, but nothing extra is required. What you see is what you pay.
Do you set everything up and take it all down?
Absolutely. Your GameCoach arrives before guests do, sets up the full rig, runs the entire party, and packs everything up when it's over. You are not moving a single cable. The only thing left behind is a lot of happy kids.
