Our GameCoaches coordinate rotations so students experience multiple activities without long wait times. Video games run in climate-controlled trailers. Laser tag, GelTag, ZTAG, foam parties, and WaterTag happen simultaneously outdoors. Your volunteers handle check-in and supervision. We handle the entertainment, equipment, and facilitation from arrival to teardown.

How Much Can We Raise?

Fundraising results depend on your pricing structure, expected attendance, and add-ons like concessions or raffles. Schools typically charge $15-25 per student for 2-hour GameTruck events. With 100-150 students attending (common for elementary schools), gross revenue ranges from $1,500-$3,750 per event. After paying for GameTruck, schools can net $800-$2,000 or more. Adding concession sales, silent auctions, or sponsorships increases net proceeds significantly.

Sponsorships offset costs. Many schools recruit local businesses to sponsor the event (signage, announcements, promotional materials) in exchange for a sponsorship fee. This reduces the net cost of GameTruck and increases overall profitability. Your local operator will work with your fundraising committee to design a profitable event structure.
