Printing Tips for the Best Results
Use Cardstock or Photo Paper
Standard printer paper works in a pinch, but 65 lb. cardstock or glossy photo paper gives your invitations a sturdy, professional feel that kids (and parents) notice.
Print at Actual Size
When your printer asks about scaling, choose "Actual Size" or "100%" to keep the fill-in-the-blank fields properly sized for handwriting.
Send Them 2–3 Weeks Early
Give parents enough lead time to RSVP and plan. Two to three weeks before the party is the sweet spot—early enough to get on calendars, close enough to keep the excitement fresh.
